Oligomeric MDI of medium functionality

Appearance: dark-brown liquid (without solvents) of low viscosity at ambient temperature.

Application: Insulation panels, blocking foams and panels, one-component foams, adhesives and binding agents, coatings and sealants, spray and pipe insulation, freezing chambers, wood imitation, refrigerators – lorries and trailers. MDF and HDF panels, refrigerators and freezers, hot water generators and commercial shop-windows.

Transportation and package: The product is transported in tanks, 1000 kg FCL containers, 250 лп nonreturnable metal drums or in metal containers under a nitrogen push-pull system.

Storage: Standard processing temperature at the range of 20-25 °C. It’s recommended to store isocyanate ONGRONAT® 2100 at this temperature range; under these conditions the quality of the product remains at least 6 months.

Isocyanates may also be stored at temperature from + 10 до 30 °C without loss of their properties. The material should be stored in a dry place during the whole storage period, thus, it should be protected from water and atmospheric moisture penetration.
